Description

The Pedestrian signals for the north and south crosswalks were dropping 14 seconds from the "Don't Walk" phase (from 22 to 7). The south crosswalk ped signal also isn't showing a "Walk" symbol. The videos were taken at 7:23p on 5/13. When I passed again at 8:45p, the countdowns appeared to be functioning properly.
