Deskripsyon

The Pedestrian signals at 11th & U NW are skipping seconds during the "Don't Walk" phase of the countdown -- e.g. dropping from 15 to 5. I could not get a good video of it but saw it happen twice in a row to peds crossing U on the west side of the intersection.
