Wow. A man in a hospital robe sleeping in a car evokes ire not sympathy or a desire to help. And you think he's the problem.

I don't mind the high level of people who do not have shelter sleeping in their cars. The reality is that the cars where the license plates have been removed may be stolen (such as the one in this picture). I also have less sympathy and it invokes frustration when people throw their condoms out, throw their trash on the street, throw drug paraphernalia on the street, and even use the sidewalk as a public bathroom. The street has gotten increasingly disgusting. You have to watch where you step and watch your dog. This is not a Next Door type of post, this is a cry for the City to help us. Where is the beat officer? Where is the increased patrolling?
