Is there a website where people can see details about the plan? Hope that a development succeeds this time.

Who is the developer?

There is no website yet. The developer is a gent named Ben Gross who interned w LCI and graduated from Yale Law. He is doing this In partnership w his father and an experienced architect who's firm name I am forgetting.

Hi Pedro and everyone.

There are two individuals working together on the site. Ben Gross and Randy Gerner. They are based out of NYC. Ben's email is: brgross@gmail.com. They are looking for comments on the design from the public. I would also be interested in how the neighborhood feels about the proposal as it takes shape so please share with me (justin.elicker@gmail.com) and perhaps on seeclickfix as well.

The New Haven Independent will have an article on last night's meetings that will include some details on the initial draft proposal for folks to take a look at. Keep in mind that this is in its very early stages, but this is a very appropriate time to give general feedback on the proposal.

Ben, I think there were several people present who had major reservations about at least some of the design as it was presented.
The architecture firm's website is http://www.gkvarchitects.com. I spent a little time tooling around it last night.

Interesting EWG, I guess I only talked to the folks who felt good about it.

This project is well under way. I'm going to close out the ticket. Its great to see old industrial buildings rehabbed as new housing in NHV.
