this happens frequently at this intersection and is in addition to my observations about the traffic back up heading northbound on Seminole Blvd a.m. and p.m. - an additional issue with this intersection is the massive amount of traffic attempting to turn east onto 102nd Ave from Seminole Blvd - something needs to be done it is a hazard to anyone attempting to enter northbound Seminole Blvd near this intersection from any of the side streets or businesses - I know there have been many accidents and near misses here for a long time - I don't understand why nothing has been done to alleviate the congestion - thank you

Seriously - the lights at this intersection seem to be "changed" just about every week - first this one goes then this one - now this traffic goes first then that one - this is one of the busiest intersections south of Ulmerton and it's constantly a problem - aren't traffic studies ever conducted?

You may notice that the signal does not operate in the same patterns as you are used to seeing. This does not mean that the signal is malfunctioning. When the system is fully functional, the traffic signal phases will be serviced according to demand and will work within the programmed parameters we have set.
