Again? This person obviously doesn't care about the safety of pedestrians and I am guessing the police haven't ticketed or this person has plenty of money. Either way it should be towed.

Because sidewalks are for pedestrians not cars and it's the law.

I agree with Kathleen as well.

The problem is the town paves free driveways in front of these houses instead of proper curbing and defined sidewalk. Then there is no enforcement of this parkiing because there is no defined sidewalk. I watch day after day mothers pushing carriages into the street to go around these cars or cars driving onto the sidewalk to go around turning vehicles. This is because without a curd it's just a wider street.

I did ask the town manager about painting lines to define the side walk for drivers and the police. I think this is an inexpensive solution.

I am sorry but if you possess a valid driver's license you know where the road ends and the public right of way begins. I agree lines would define it for the person who is in too much of a hurry or the distracted driver and even the driver that just doesn't care to stay off the sidewalks. The point of this complaint the same car keeps parking on the sidewalk and either it is not getting tickets or the owner just has no regard for public safety.
