Southwest side of property has pronounced weeds, and overgrown shrubbery protruding into neighboring lot. Additional debris litters the rear of side of house (metallic waste resembles construction waste; includes broken wooden planks). Overgrown vines at rear protrude beyond lot and lean-to shed appears decrepit and in danger of collapse.
