Description

Behind Miner ES at Rosedale, constant traffic does not stop at stop signs in either direction. There is a crosswalk between the signs and even when children are present, they blast on thru. I watch city vehicles, cruisers, motorcycles just blast on thru without slowing down and above posted speed limit.
