Early morning very loud noise from motorcycles and last night around 7:45 pm near hospital. Had challenges on a phone call yesterday with a friend on East Grand Ave because of background noise from motorcycles. If a spring enforcement campaign could be undertaken perhaps it would send a message, "not in New Haven."
