    The middle sections of the fence at Rainbow Park are not aligned and are missing screws in places. One if the joints is not supported. The fence has enough screws to stay up but it is not entirely safe. It is a very good fence and it has a bend in the middle where things are not lined up. Not an emergency but a good thing to fix.

    Brick walk continues to cave in more during each new heavy rain at the front of Rainbow Park. The parts of public sidewalk outside the park that were removed have not been replaced. Soil goes into the road as it is washed out of the park.

    Work to install the spigot in Rainbow Park was left unfinished. As a result the dirt around the spigot is eroding, the brick walk is sinking, and the dirt from the spots where the sidewalk was not replaced is washing into the street. Please fix.
