Mattress left on sidewalk by tenants at 33 Truman Street since Thursday April 21. Please notify them that this is illegal, have THEM remove it, schedule a bulk pick up, or cite them. Some people think they can just discard unwanted furniture and other items in the sidewalk, curbstrip, treebelt and it will magically go away because PW will pick it up at the complaints of others. But the offenders must be held accountable. PW - please do not remove it without giving them (the offenders or the entire house) FAIR WARNING!!!
