Alden Ave heading north from West Elm to Fountain St. feels like a washboard when you drive down the street. There is a series of ripples in the road and long strips that are wearing away. It is not a matter of one pot hole but a long area that is in bad condition. Alden is a bus route for the Q bus and gets significant traffic throughout the day. The problem of this road deterioration over a long area has been reported before, but has not been repaired. Smaller potholes that have been reported have gotten repaired.
