Yesterday I found a man going through our recycling and trash. At first I thought he was looking for cans and bottles, but I don't think that was his plan. I caught him and told him to leave, which he did, but I thought I should make neighbors aware of the situation. He was mid-forties, Caucasian, goatee, wearing a clean grey hoodie with the hood up.
It happened at 4pm, broad daylight. I knocked on the window and he split.
