I'm not sure if this is the appropriate category - but a resident at 3011 Ontario has be piling up refuse cabinetry and appliances outside the rear of their building. The bulk trash is attracting vermin and is unsightly. As its exposed to rain, it's likely leaching run off hazardous to the environment. It's never Covered.
