Cleaning UP Dog waste and I don't own a dog ! ! ! :-( Irresponsible Dog Owners REALLY should NOT be permitted to have dogs. Quite honestly this should be listed under the Nuisance Law. I'm trusting that issues such as these will be taken up at Midtown Ward Meetings + OTHERS to ALERT neighbors of their responsibility of dog owning. Simple enough - (a) Keep on a Leash & (b) CleanUP after them!

Earth Day SHOULD be every day - PERHAPS, "IF" Dog Owners realized the Health issues connected with their dog's waste they would indeed clean UP after the pets they LOVE so very much ! The KC Library has signs posted - SEE Pic. Perhaps a few more signs such as these throughout neighborhoods would enlightened them. ALSO, it wouldn't hurt to have NO DRUG ZONE Signs posted ALSO. WHY are folks Moving? . . . ;-) :-)

This could and/or could NOT be related . . . BUT When you have the COURAGE to IF You Complain are you "REWARDED" with someone damaging your car and/or some OTHER EVIL thing? Bikes are "given" to children to RIDE and RIDE safely NOT to run in front of vehicles attempting to Drive thru Streetts and to run into PARKED vehicles! Providing opportunities for children is NOT enough - there is a REAL ATTITUDE problem in "MIDTOWN" and UNTIL that is addressed - the Quality of Life will continue to run Folks out of this City ! Signs of EVIL All Around - Bullies WINNING, here - BIGTIME ! :'(
