The vehicle in question is legally parked and does not meet the legal definition for abandoned or stored on the street. The owner does in fact live on the street.

I know he does. But it stays in one spot with a flat tire ALL the time and is NEVER moved.. It may not be "abandoned", but it"s not maintained. It makes our end of the street look like a junk yard for cars!

Vehicle now has air in tires and was backed up about 1 foot. HOWEVER, the ONLY time this happens is when someone complains on ClickFix about the vehicle. Guess owner also logs into ClickFix!

It is not against the law to have a vehicle with current registration in the public street. Key word here being public. Contact was made with the resident by RPD which is why the tire was pumped up.
Bottom line is there are nothing the city can do about a car parked in a public street. We appreciate your time in reporting this.
