Stays parked under the streetlight.. Is never driven or moved and always has a flat tire. Debris builds up around it. It looks awful in our neighborhood because it is not maintained. It does not belong to neighbors close by.

It is not against the law to have a vehicle with current registration in the public street. Key word here being public. Contact was made with the resident by RPD which is why the tire was pumped up.
Bottom line is there are nothing the city can do about a car parked in a public street. We appreciate your time in reporting this.
