This remains an issue.

This issue continues despite repeated requests to 311 and to the contractors who have cleaned up other trees in the street. They even pruned the tree next to it on the sidewalk side of the tree while telling my wife that they couldn't remove the dead limbs on the sidewalk side of the tree in question (which are going to fall and hurt someone) because "that was the resident's job." I don't believe that is the case as the tree and limbs are on and over public property. PLEASE get this tree cleaned up while it is easy to see what needs to be done and before someone gets hurt.
