    I previously reported this problem under 17-00443890. It was then reported closed after treatment at 1813 Kalorama Rd which is next door and NOT the correct address. I called the Rat Abatement Office but was sent to voice mail with no further reply received, so I am resubmitting. Rats are in the back yard at 1815. That yard is only accessible via a locked gate, so the inspector will need to call me to arrange the visit.

    Entire string of street lights in the alley between Kalorama Rd and Belmont and running from Columbia Road to 18th St are not functioning. They have been out for weeks. SECOND REPORT TO 311. PREVIOUS REPORT CLOSED WITHOUT ACTION.

    I left cardboard shipping boxes with my recycle bin. The bin was emptied but the boxes were not taken. The boxes have styrofoam pieces inside, but they are marked as recyclable. If they can't be taken, I need to understand why.
