Please pick this up. It was NOT picked up as claimed by whoever cleared it.

You have to break down all boxes and tie them together, or they do not have to pick them up. Also, styrofoam is not recyclable: http://dpw.dc.gov/node/418912

Thanks for chiming in. Have never had an issue before with not breaking boxes down. My frustration in this case is rather than replying and telling me what my problem is, they claimed they picked it up and then closed it. Undoubtedly to demonstrate they are responding to our inputs in their metrics. Which they are not. Frustrating.
