Crossing Guard at the corner of Elm and Central cannot control the traffic. He allows cars to stop in the middle of the intersection when they cannot get thru the light and gridlocks the traffic, he doesn't allow right on red, he will stop the traffic both ways (half way thru a light cycle) to allow a pedestrian to cross instead of making them wait until the light changes. The traffic is awful and he cannot control any of it. Please bring back someone like Tom, he would keep the cars moving and not blocking the intersection. Its just awful.
