Beschreibung
A group of people stemming from 73 Hubinger Street ride their street bikes up and down Hubinger, doing wheelies and being an overall menace. This isn't an occasional thing, but a constant occurrence with complete disregard for their neighbors.They're bikes are exceptionally loud and far exceed the noise limits that our city implements. The cops have been called multiple times and there has been no resolution.
