Im neighbor from fair haven
Always trying my best to have clean my area from my house
But unfortunately authorities doesnt help to mantein all chapel st clean and free of drugs
Now and for many years between chapel st and poplar st it's located a empty lot
With garbage .. Mosquitos ... And old tires all around
It was placed for years and now with winter over
Its smelling so bad
And it's impossible walk over sidewalk
Please i ask to the authorities to help in this issue

My concern are all kids who lives around
