Brownleigh Street is a secondary city street. No secondary city streets will be plowed giving the short amount of time snow remains on our roads. Major streets are done first (Falls, Newbern, etc) and by the time they are done most of the snow is gone from the street you mentioned. We will pass along your concerns regarding pothole repair and repaving.

Brownleigh Drive doesn’t qualify for the Street Resurfacing Program because it is not built to City standards (no curb and gutter). There are some areas on the street that have already been marked for patching and will be added to the list of streets to be patched this year. Property owners may petition the City for improvements to the street.
