  • Brownleigh Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest
This street has not been resurfaced in many, many years. It has numerous dips from settlement, and cracks in the pavement. Raleigh seems to overlook this area for snow removal, pothole repair, etc, etc. but remembers it quite well when collecting taxes!

  • Ebenezer Church Rd. At Westgate Rd Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest
When approaching Westgate on Ebenezer Church Rd. the area is littered with trash and only getting worse by the week. It used to be maintained by volunteers but that is not happening as of 6-9 months ago. this maybe a good project for those with DWI convictions to do their community service and clean up areas of our city. Or do we raise our taxes and have people who are incarcirated do this work.

7759-7777 Glenwood Avenue Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest
At thid point in the mediun there is flooding on Glenwood Ave. everytime it rains excessively. all cars come down hill fron Hilburn Ave. toward Lynn Road and hit the puddling on the road. Not in the medium as it is clogged with debree from previous rains over the winter. It hasnt been cleaned at all over the entire Winter I know because I drive this section everyday. Who ever is in charge should be fired as they con tinue to mow in Summer over all the trash and never pickup anything before mowing. Thus it is chopped up and spread allover the mediumand road. This is a main thoroughfare into our city from the airport. It reflects badly on our city. Why cannot we fix it to look as good as Creedmoor Road ? this is one of the main roads into downtown Raleigh. If you contract this you need to find another contractor they are getting away with not being responsible company. It is my tax dollars being wasted. I pay a lot in taxes so I am a concerned citizen.
I hope you will take my comments seriously. maybe you could have the citizens that need to perform comunity service to pickup trash before mowing if you cannot put that in the contract of the company you give the contract to. I hope someone at city hall will take these suggestions and do something constructive with my request. you permit developers to come into our town and build causing major runoff and dont hold them responsible. Please use some money from stormrunoff fund to fix a major problem. the medium all the way to BriarCreek is a disaster looking.
