Bldg is Empty... Unfamiliar Car comes onto property in Backyard, parks sometimes for hrs sometimes few mins.Driver walks to corner and dissapears. Ive made several attempts to speak with Sharpe at sub station voicemail full, no one answes phone.Another HomeOwner and I dragged 3 sections of a chainlink fence to block the Driveway.....He got out and moved it !!!!! This is a totally trashed neglected Property.We desperately need NO trespassing SIGNS posted PLZ!!!!!!
