Description
A white Honda Accord was just in the front of my apartment, as I walked out of my front door they got into the car and drove off. My neighbor who had been outside said she saw two people peeing on the side of our apartment and said they seemed to be looking around. She said she had a package stolen last week. Just to be on the look out.
