There is also flagrant use of the residential parking zones on G street, SW right next to 4th street. I live at 350 G Street and see this everyday.

No, this remains a problem. I have never seen any of these cars get a ticket.

I strongly recommend you make new tickets every time you see these parking violations. Relying on this 2 year old ticket (that is likely closed already in the 311 system) isn't going to work. :)

I just called 311 to check on this. They said it should have been submitted as a "residential parking violation" not a Out of State violation. conf # is 308956 if you want to call back and check on it. Also, they said if you do provide a licence plate then the scanners on the police and DMV cars will be looking out for it and will notify the drivers...so next time: include a plate number :)
