    There are multiple Virginia and Maryland cars that park in the residential parking zones ever weekday. On the northbound side of 4th St, SW just before the overpass and the parking meters under the bridge, it isn't unusual to see 4 or 5 MD or VA license plates in the residential parking zone- they park for free all day and are never ticketed. Please start ticketing them - residents need these parking spaces.
