These are actually street gangs, not just a bunch of kids riding bikes together. Here in Beaver Hill, they have assaulted people, mugged people, intimidated people, and they are dealing drugs from these bikes. I suggest that you contact the NHPD and make official reports.

If you see groups of kids behaving in a threatening manner, I encourage you to first contact police (via emergency, non-emergency or to your district manager directly, as appropriate) and then also post as a new issue on SCF to continue to draw attention to the issue.
