Francis Field -2nd trash bin on north side of field is overflowing with pet waste and other rubbish. This is a health hazard to the community and is attracting rodents. Please empty immediately.

This issue should be escalated as it keeps happening.

The stench is awful and the rubbish is unsightly to those who live in the buildings abutting the park.
