    Dangerous intersection. Missing one way sign!!! New Hampshire Ave is one way towards M St!!! Drivers are not aware. This is dangerous.

    Loose manhole cover. Sewer. In front of fire hydrant on east side of 25th Street. In front of 1227 25th Street office building.     Francis Field -2nd trash bin on north side of field is overflowing with pet waste and other rubbish. This is a health hazard to the community and is attracting rodents. Please empty immediately.

    This issue should be escalated as it keeps happening.

    The stench is awful and the rubbish is unsightly to those who live in the buildings abutting the park.
