Description

Loose manhole cover. Sewer. In front of fire hydrant on east side of 25th Street. In front of 1227 25th Street office building. Please have it secured since this is also a residential area and is disruptive when cars go over it. Thank you. -owner at 2501 M Street Condo which overlooks this area/manhole cover.
