Deskripsyon

The dirt bikes were out of control in the park for the last 1/2 hour. 5 calls to police 911 and 946 and no response for 1/2 hour. Multiple riders brought bikes in the skate park while toddlers and young children had to huddle under their parents. Thanks for nothing NHPD. As I type this they are back and you are absent.

Mayor Harp made a quiet promise not to interfere with these youngsters, who are just out having fun, given that there's nothing else for them to do on nice days like this.

I am sure Mayor Harp has not made any agreements that allow law abiding people to be harassed by ATVS and dirt bikes. Believe me there are other things for young people to do. Try calling your alder, attend a CMT meeting, contact your police district manager. Let the powers that be know how you feel about this. Sgt Jacobson with the NHPD is in charge of ATV enforcement. I to called 911 concerning this issue. After letting it ring 20 times I had to hang up and call back because no one answered. 2 hours later, this same mixed group of adults and older teenagers was riding down Dixwell avenue with police in pursuit. These were not innocent kids having a good time. Innocent kids don't need to wrap fabric around their entire face to hide their identities.
