Description
White GMC vehicle does not have a license plate and being used by crackheads for at least 3 months. Vehicle license plate was removed to not accumulated tickets. Street sweeping vehicle cannot do its job because of this vehicle was dumped here. Was reported to Opd and vehicle still here in this street after several months.
