Description

Homeless encampment inside the large dog park. It appears they have cut holes in the fence to come and go. Other park users have said the campers walk around with golf clubs in case of confrontation. It's only a matter of time before a confrontation happens or a dog escapes and winds up on the freeway. This encampment has been reported many times but no action despite the parks department cutting the grass there. FIX IT.
