Here We Go Again! Following the heavy rain yesterday, there is a massive "mini-flood" at the corner of Grand Avenue and Hamilton Street. This occurs EVERYTIME it rains. As cars turn onto Hamilton Street, they have to partially go into the oncoming lane to avoid the "mini-flood".
