One side of the sidewalk is started and not completed the other side has slates ad truck parked in the middle of the sidewalk. *** Students from Pulaski are forced to walk on the street. Nice going looking out for the safety of our children. Trying to contact City Hall but no luck in getting back to my concern for the kids safety.
