I have already reported this issue (SRQ2016-000698) and it has yet to be resolved. They were on our block this evening for the first time since I originally reported the problem almost one month ago and yet again they haven't removed the snow and ice from our cul-de-sac. Have I not paid my taxes? Should I not reap the "benefits" of paying my taxes on time? I sure pay enough for them. Your attention to this immediately would be appreciated.
