Description

I have already reported this issue (SRQ2016-000698) and it has yet to be resolved. They were on our block this evening for the first time since I originally reported the problem almost one month ago and yet again they haven't removed the snow and ice from our cul-de-sac. Have I not paid my taxes? Should I not reap the "benefits" of paying my taxes on time? I sure pay enough for them. Your attention to this immediately would be appreciated.

This still has not been plowed. After the issue was reported for the second time the plows did come again but they were on the wrong part of the street. They keep going to the South side of the mailboxes on 96 Street but they need to do the cul-de-sac area to the North of the mailboxes. One of the addresses in front of the section I am talking about is 9540 62 Ave.

The Transportation Department has been notified that the north side of 96 street has been missed. The Transportation supervisor has advised that they will attend as soon as possible.
