Actually the entire intersection of Seminole Blvd and 110th Ave N is in poor condition and very dangerous. The pavement condition is poor in both the eastbound and westbound approaches to Seminole Blvd. The 110th Ave concrete lane separation island post markers are missing or substandard. The 110th Ave painted lane marker arrows (straight, left, right) are nearly erased. The intersection's northbound and southbound left turn lanes on Seminole Boulevard are extensively used for making turns to eastbound and westbound 110th Ave, and also for making U-turns, but the left turn lanes are not controlled by left-hand traffic control lights, resulting in confusion and excessive risk-taking by traffic using the left turn lanes. It seems as though much of the traffic from all approaches to the intersection are regularly unsure as to which traffic has the right-of-way, and confusion about deciphering drivers' directional intentions. The whole intersection is antiquated, dangerous, sub-standard, and is in overdue need of a complete redesign and refurbishment.
