Picture doesn’t show any school traffic that would have caused backup at signal. Signal was causing backup on 102nd.
Was this running time base or ‘adaptive ‘. Been other changes noticed her at this location , like lead lag changes. Contractor changes ? Being monitored? Not sure EBLT lead is smart. Used to be able to get in left turn lane during through green time and get left turn arrow. Now you are stuck in through traffic missing lead arrow. Causing longer wait time at signals.

This signal is running a 190 second cycle and east/west ran for a minimum 140 seconds. At exactly 12:40pm green for east and west was 164 seconds, that's green and yellow time. there was even more green and yellow time at 109th for east and west. Also, think about the side street wait times, we cannot handle the kind of traffic "queues" that pop up randomly like this particular hour. I can assure you that quite a bit of it is school traffic trying to get to the school before it lets out. Thanks for looking into this ongoing issue. Time noticed was almost three hours later. Would think checking around time reported better for fault finding. Running time base or some other control at that time ??

Just watched EB at about the same time and it got only like 49 seconds of green

Next cycle like 30 seconds, still leaving vehicles behind !! Obviously not running time base or detection is bad !!
