Osborn Avenue between Goffe Terr. and Dyer St. needs to be paved. The residents of Osborn Avenue would like to be placed on this year's paving list. Osborn Avenue has not been paved in 40 years. The road is deteriorating. There are large cracks running across the entire road and it has had pothole issues for many years.
