Thank you for your complaint. I am going to reach out to the See Click Fix technicians now and find out what the "Content blocked by rejections" means and how someone is able to post that. I will update you as soon as I have a response from See Click Fix. As for the other departments not responding I do try to frequently remind department heads to acknowledge/close their complaints in a timely manner. I will continue to do so. I hope this helps. Took a look through SeeClickFix and I found multiple departments are lacking including the Town Administrator and Selectmen. The majority of departments are enforcement complaints which should be handled quickly. I will admit there have been quite a few police issues recently so maybe they haven;t had time to update. I assigned 1 point for acknowledged issues and 2 points for open issues to rank departments.

Stoneham Town Administrator's Office assigned this issue to Stoneham Police Department

Oh im sorry, let me explain princess: theres probably two police officers on patrol on any given shift and 30,000 residents in stoneham. Did those two officers not respond to your pressing parking complaint issue? Oh no! How could those two slackers not check the 300+ streets in town?!? Wake up and come to the real world. You don't live on Seasame Street.

Oh so right Jim. But, I don't see anybody minding pay a few extra dollars for Property Taxes so the services we desire are provided. Property Taxes were just raised approx. $500 per dwelling in Stoneham. Some of us are hoping the additional funds are used to provide additional Officers, Fire persons and drug prevention in the town. Not Gender Neutral bathrooms in all the towns buildings.

IMO that's the root of all the complaints

Jim's response is the first mention I've seen with any numbers at a level of the number of police on any given shift for Stoneham's 30,000 inhabitants. Since I have never seen any response at this level from official sources, I will rely on Jim's input and now understand how impossible it is to expect any further enforcement of traffic and parking violations. But to golfer's point, I am concerned how my $5,500 in annual property taxes are being be spent in the face of such a low police presence, impassable sideWALKS, and general sense that enforcing existing laws and codes is not a real priority in this town.
