Thanks for the post. We will contact the Parks Dept. concerning the planter. Since this corner received a bike rack this summer & there are other locations that have yet to have one installed, it is probable that we would not be installing another rack here at this time, unless there is a rack left over after the next installation is completed - expected completion to occur by the end of August.

There is not a great deal of room at this intersection to install a traditional u-shaped bike rack. We are currently looking into other options at this intersection.
