This is actually my first and only time posting, keeping in mind I waited over a month to register a complaint.

Prior to moving to New Haven I lived in NYC for 10 years (most on the 2nd floor of an apt on Lexington ave) and am quite used to loud city noises.

What I'm not used to is a construction crew digging up the same 2 areas on the same block every single night for over a month.

Perhaps before you weigh in again, you should come down & listen to see how disruptive the noise really is.
