Descrizione

Structure built into home is in bad need of repair. Mildew/missing fence slats/poor paint upkeep creates a major eyesore for surrounding homes and possible decrease of surrounding homes ( who are all owners) values . Home is vacant and used as a rental. Is this structure permitted/up to code?
