A contractor tore up the sidewalk in front of the Private Mailbox and Chao Thai about 6 months ago and patched the trench very crudely with asphalt. They also removed a bike rack which was never replaced. Jennifer Stanley, the bike rack coordinator from the city is familiar with this issue.
