Description

The crosswalk and light don’t work properly At Grand and Bellevue and someone is going to get hit by a car. Sometimes the lights don’t turn on at all but the audible “walk” starts going, but cars don’t have a red light. Furthermore, this is a 4 way intersection but the traffic light is non-typical so cars regularly misread it and run the red light. I think the traffic light was meant to be installed one street over at Grand and Euclid, which is only a 3-way intersection. Lastly, there’s only a crosswalk on one side of Bellevue/Grand and there should be two (for each side of the street), like the intersection at Euclid.
