Description
Contacted tree warden a few years ago. Tree is rotting and branches have been falling. A branch came down this week an nearly hit me on the head while getting our mail. There are small kids in the neighborhood, the dropping branches are a problem. It's also severely leaning over the street with underground waterline directly under it.

I stopped by this address a few weeks ago to observe the condition of this tree scheduled for removal with our tree crew.
The branches that have been shed on the ground are not unnormal for a tree that is in a forest were homes were built after it was log established.
It is the lean of the tree and the roots that are lifting the driveway that are the issue.
This tree has been scheduled to be removed as one of the first ones this season.
It was scheduled last year but with the long snowy winter our removal program was set back due to our crews doing storm control.
